Meet The Designer Behind Ebuka’s BBNaija Hosting Outfits
The eagerly awaited Big Brother Naija Season 9 kicked off on Sunday, July 28, 2024, with the return of Nigeria’s most stylish host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, as the host of the ninth season tagged ‘No Loose Guard.’ Since his debut in January 2017, Ebuka has become synonymous with dynamic presentation and a fashion sense that keeps viewers captivated.
Ebuka’s reputation as a style icon is well-earned. His choices consistently blend glamour with contemporary trends, making him a top contender among Nigeria’s most fashionable personalities. For this season’s premiere, Ebuka outdid himself with three distinct outfits that showcased his impeccable style.
The BBNaija host started the evening in a sophisticated all black attire, which stood out for its mix of textures and slight embellishment coupled with a uniquely structured jacket. For a change of pace, Ebuka put a twist to the classic suit with a bedazzled two piece jacket paired with a tuxedo pant.
In the usual Ebuka style, his third outfit was a traditional attire embroidered with gold stitchings and accessorised with statement gold accessories. The outfit particularly stole the night because of its unconventional yet traditional take to native wears.
For years, Ebuka has entrusted Mai Atafo with his BBNaija hosting outfits, and every year they’ve made magic and set a tone for fashion with their collaboration.
