APC North Central Stakeholders Back Tinubu’s Re-Election Bid

The North Central All Progressives Congress APC, stakeholders have endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term in office.

The endorsement followed a motion moved by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF, Sen. George Akume and supported by Niger State Governor, farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago, during the APC North Central Stakeholders meeting held in Abuja.

The stakeholders also passed a vote of confidence on the president based on his transformative leadership and the development his administration has engendered particularly in the North Central Region and Nigeria in general.

The event is part of efforts to ensure political stability, continuity and electoral integrity.

The Governor of Nasarawa State and Chairman of the North Central States Governors Forum, Abdullahi Sule disclosed the position of the region and promised the region’s commitment to unity and to consolidate on its development.

Various stakeholders from the North Central, took turns to applaud President Tinubu’s remarkable initiatives that have direct positive impacts across the North Central States, especially the establishment of the North Central Development Commission and the forest guards.

The APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, acknowledged that the policies of the APC led administration under President Tinubu are already yielding positive results.

The meeting attracted the Governors of the North Central States, former Governors and Deputy Governors, serving and past Ministers, present and former lawmakers, APC National Working Committee, and other party stalwarts from the Northern Central Region.
