Ex-Minister Aisha Al-Hassan’s Burial Holds Today
The burial of the former Minister of Women Affairs and Child Development, Aisha Al-Hassan will hold today, May 9, 2021, available information has revealed.
Mama Taraba, as the late politician is fondly called, died in Cairo, Egypt on Friday May 7, 2021.
Her demise was announced by the Nigerian mission in the north African country.
According to Bala Muhammed, her media aide, Aisha Al-Hassan’s remains will arrive in Jalingo, Taraba State on Sunday (today) and the burial would take place in the evening around 5pm at the Muslims’ cemetery in Jalingo.
Mr Muhammed further disclosed the funeral prayers hold at the Emir of Muri’s Palace in Jalingo.
