Ogbomoso Monarch Jimoh Oyewunmi Dies At 95

The paramount ruler of Ogbomoso Land, Oba Jimoh Oyewunmi is no more.

Formally addressed as Soun Ogbomoso, he reportedly joined his ancestors in the early hours of today, Sunday, December 12, 2021.

The death of the 95-year-old was reportedly confirmed by palace sources who maintained proper announcement regarding the passage of the first class monarch will be made very soon.

The deceased was installed as the 20th Sound Ogbomoso in 1973 and sat on the throne as Ajagungbade III for 48 years.
