Pictures: Sanwo-Olu Rocks Presidential Inauguration Ball With Tinubu

The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his wife, Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu flew into the capital city of Abuja yesterday night.

Their mission was to rock the Presidential Inauguration ball with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the first lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

Tinubu, who ruled Lagos State between 1999 and 2007, was took oath of office as the 16th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, yesterday, May 29, 2023.

The event reportedly held in the Presidential villa.

At the event were Vice President Kassim Shettima; his wife, Hajia Nana Shettima; Senate President, Ibrahim Ahmad Lawan and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila among others.

“My dear wife Dr. Ibijoke and I, joined the President, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Firstlady, Her Excellency, Senator Remi Tinubu at the Presidential inauguration ball last night.
May His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s time as the President of Nigeria, be known for peace, progress and prosperity in our dear country. Amen
We wish him well as he hits the ground running,” Governor Sanwo-Olu wrote about the ceremony.
