President Buhari’s In-Law Gimba Kumo Goes Underground Over $65m Fraud

Gimba Kumo, a son-in-law of President Muhammadu Buhari, has gone underground.

This development came to be following the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission’s declaration that he’s wanted for alleged misappropriation of public funds.

Information at highstreet.ng’s disposal revealed Mr Gimba Kumo and two others (Mr Tarry Rufus, and Mr. Bola Ogunsola) are persons of interest by the anti-graft body over alleged mismanagement of $65 million National Housing Funds.

Kumo, who got married to the president’s daughter, Fatima, in 2016 is a former managing director of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

Their wedding held in Daura, Katsina State.

A notice signed by Azuka Ogugua, the anti-corruption agency’s spokesperson, requesting anybody with useful information as to their whereabouts to alert the ICPC reads…

The persons whose pictures appear above, Mr Tarry Rufus, Mr Gimba Yau Kumo and Mr. Bola Ogunsola, are hereby declared WANTED by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) in connection with issues bordering on misappropriation of National Housing Funds and diversion of the sum of Sixty Five Million dollars ($65,000,000).
