Why Gov Adeleke And Billionaire Dangote Met In Lagos

The Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke met with billionaire Aliko Dangote today, March 8, 2024.

Mr Adeleke’s meeting with the President of Dangote Group took place at the Lagos office of the Kano born businessman.

The governor of Osun State in a post via his social media handle revealed they had a discussion on possible ways of collaboration between Dangote Group and his administration.

His post post on the development reads…

“Today, I visited my egbon, Alhaji Aliko Dangote GCON, the president of the Dangote group in his office in Lagos. We discussed possible ways of collaboration between Osun and the Dangote group to deliver on our on going construction projects across the state.

We exchanged ideas and discussed the possibility of the state using concrete cement to build strong and long lasting road networks.

Our deliberation concluded on setting up a collaborative meeting between the officers of the Osun state Ministry of works and the engineers of Dangote Group to further discussion on building long lasting road networks using concrete cement and most importantly engaging indigenous engineers from Osun during the construction process.

I was also delighted to have the daughter of Alhaji, Halimat with us at the meeting…” –
