EFCC Confirms Ex-Gov Rochas Okorocha’s Arrest

 Rochas Okorocha, a former governor of Imo State has been arrested.

A report by premiumtimesng’com revealed that his arrest was effected by the operatives of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission today April 13, 2021.

 Information at the disposal of highstreet.ng showed the Spokesperson of the anti-graft body, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed the former governor has truly been arrested and taken into custody, but declined further comment on the matter.

 He was reportedly picked up around 4 P.M.

 And his Unity House private office in Abuja is said to be the place of arrest of the politician who currently represents the people of Imo West Senatorial District in the senate.

Sources maintained his arrest is in connection with financial activities of his government when he was in charge as governor of Imo State.
