Billionaire Taiwo Afolabi Sets Eyes On Another Multi-billion Naira Project

Nigerian businessman, Taiwo Afolabi has his eyes on another multi-billion naira project, information at the disposal of highstreet.ng has revealed.

Mr. Afolabi, a holder of a law degree from the University of Lagos, is the chairman of maritime sector giant, SIFAX group.

SIFAX Group, a Nigerian conglomerate, has interests in Maritime, Aviation, Haulage, Hospitality, Financial Services, and Oil and Gas.

Sources confided in highstreet.ng billionaire Afolabi – a native of idokunusi in Ijebu East Local Government Area of Ogun State – wants to replicate his first major launch in the hospitality sector – Marriott Hotel – in another party of Lagos.

“Victoria Island, Lagos is Mr. Afolabi’s choice of location for the new big-money project“, an insider divulged.

And all that has to do with where the soon-to-commence multibillion naira project will be sited has already been sorted out, highstreet.ng understands.

The hospitality arm of Mr. Afolabi’s multifaceted enterprise launched Lagos Marriott Hotel Ikeja on May 19, 2021.

The five-star luxury hotel is specifically situated on Joel Ogunnaike, in Ikeja Government Reserve Area.
