Meet Jamila Bio, President Tinubu’s 37-Year-Old Minister Of Youth Nominee
Dr Jamila Bio is the 37 years old medical doctor, whose nomination has just been approved by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Upon her confirmation by the Senate she will go ahead to serve as minister in charge of the Federal Ministry of Youth.
Before her nomination, Dr Jamila, who is the daughter of Ibrahim Isa Bio, had served in the government of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State, as Special Adviser on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
His politician father, a former house of representatives member, served as Minister of Transport and Sport in the administrations of former presidents, Umaru Musa Yar Adua and Goodluck Jonathan, respectively.
